Improvement: 📄 Better pdf page break control to avoid orphaned headers. Previously it was possible to have a group or risk name at the bottom of a page and the associated text on the following page. We’ve made this a thing of the past by forcing all headings and the first line of text to always stick together. This means nicer, faster reporting and less time fiddling with page breaks.

Fixed: If a table header column style is changed between two publishes and you compare to last publish, the comparison adds an unnecessary column which makes the table content hard to read.

Collaborating with colleagues on large reviews with lots of track changes can be painful. Our new suggestions feature has been built specifically for due diligence work, allowing you to find and resolve suggested edits quickly.

⚡️ New suggestions sidebar

Suggestions now have their own dedicated space in the sidebar, making viewing and editing track changes much clearer. Click on any suggestion and the sidebar will open automatically, showing you all of the suggested edits in that section.

Navigating through a document with lots of suggestions is now super quick with our next and previous buttons. It also means you’ll never miss all those tiny edits that are hard to spot.

🧐 Precision Accept all and Reject All - your new best friend

Due diligence professionals must consistently deliver accurate advice while under constant time pressure. This presents real a challenge when reviewers are faced with scores of suggested edits from colleagues which must be carefully reviewed before issuing advice to a client. 🤯

Accepting or rejecting all of these track changes individually is tedious 🐌. However, the alternative offered by most document editing tools of accepting all changes across the entire document is unsuitable because of the need for accuracy and robust quality control.

We’ve solved this problem with precision accept all and reject all. This new feature lets you work accurately and quickly while reviewing collaborative documents with track changes.

Each block of content has it’s own accept all and reject all buttons. This means you can quickly review all of the suggestions in a single, manageable section of your review and accept or reject all of these changes at once when you are happy. Blasting through track changes becomes a breeze when you can progress systematically, section by section.

↩️ Easy undo

Mistakes can happen when you are reviewing lots of suggested edits – so we’ve added undo. Just like it sounds, this feature lets you easily undo one or more accepted/rejected suggestions. Great for your sanity when under pressure to deliver an update for your client.

Get projects started faster and keep Q&A organised with our new Q&A template feature.

💬 Instantly load your standard Q&A list at the start of your project

If your typical due diligence process starts with a standard set of questions for response then our new import Q&A from template feature will save you lots of time and effort.

You can choose to import all of the questions from your template or select just the specific sections you are interested in.

🔗 Question are automatically linked to the relevant section of your template

We know that keeping your Q&A list organised is important, so when importing questions we make sure any links to the report template come across too. This means you don’t have to spend hours linking questions to the relevant parts of your due diligence review.

Fixed: Styling updates from latest deployment were not updating without a browser cache refresh.
