- Changing the status of a risk is now flagged as a change that requires approval

- When no risk is selected, hovering over publish button showing incorrect message
- Quotation marks in risk item name results in blank risk name in pdf export
- Collapsing the document map also collapses the sidepane in Team & Permissions
- Publish all dropdown menu stays open after clicking action
- When user deletes a child group and clicks undo, an error is shown and the child group is not deleted
