Multi-Tab Editing: Work Seamlessly Across Your Transaction

Lock and edit multiple sections simultaneously

Due diligence advisors often work with multiple liveDiligence tabs open on a single transaction, especially when transferring content between sections. Our latest update enhances this workflow by allowing you to:

  • Edit in multiple locations at once - Lock and edit different sections across multiple tabs simultaneously
  • Track all your locked items - Clear visual indicators show exactly where your locks are active across the document
  • Navigate effortlessly - Click "Go to my locked item" on the document map to jump directly to locked content in your current tab
  • Work without interruptions - Improved data synchronisation ensures seamless updates between tabs
  • Prevent forgotten locks - Locks automatically release when you exit the transaction or close a tab, preventing workflow bottlenecks

Persistent Zoom Settings: Your View, Your Way

Customise your display across all transaction pages

We've enhanced our zoom controls to remember your preferred viewing experience as you navigate through liveDiligence:

  • Consistent zoom levels - Your chosen zoom setting now persists when moving between risk review, comments, Q&A, and other transaction pages
  • Multiple display configurations - Set different zoom levels for different browser tabs to optimise your workflow
  • Seamless side-by-side work - Easily adjust content to fit smaller screens or when referencing external documents alongside liveDiligence
  • Personalised viewing experience - Configure once and focus on your work, not on repeatedly adjusting display settings
