Significantly Faster Loading Throughout the App: This release delivers a major performance improvement across LiveDiligence. The risk review content area, document map, sidepanel, comments, questions, and risk entity history now load data on demand rather than all at once. This means you spend less time waiting and more time working — an improvement that will be especially noticeable on larger, more complex transactions.
Also in this release:
New: Comment exports now include the open/resolved status of each comment as a dedicated column. When working with comments outside of LiveDiligence — whether tracking them in your own system or keeping them as a record — you can now see at a glance which comments are still open and which have been resolved.
New: An expand all button has been added to the risk map, making it easier to open up your full risk structure in one click when reviewing or navigating a transaction.
New: You can now copy the name of an existing publication directly from the publish name menu. This makes it easy to name new publishes consistently, without having to remember or retype previous version names.
Improved: When approving content that has unresolved suggestions, you can now click "View suggestions" in the warning modal to jump directly to the affected section with the suggestions sidebar open, making it quicker to resolve and approve without losing your place.
Improved: Renaming items and groups in the document tree now opens a modal dialog rather than editing inline. Combined with drag and drop being disabled during rename, this makes the rename experience more deliberate and less prone to accidental moves or collapses.
Improved: The three-dot action menu on document map items is now always visible, replacing the previous on-hover behaviour. This makes actions easier to discover and access, particularly for keyboard and accessibility-focused workflows.
Improved: The expand and collapse controls on the main risk review are now separate buttons, replacing the previous single toggle. You can now expand all or collapse all independently, giving you more deliberate control over your view.
Improved: The filter buttons on the Approve and Publish tabs have been restyled for a cleaner, more consistent appearance.
Improved: The change history for risk review items now displays in reverse chronological order, with the most recent changes at the top. This makes it quicker to see what has changed recently without having to scroll through the full history.
Improved: The Approve and Publish tabs in the Risk Review left panel now display a clear empty state when there is nothing to action, rather than showing a blank panel.
Improved: Action menus on the Risk Review page are now presented consistently, making it easier to find the actions you need regardless of where you are in the review.
Improved: Several security improvements have been made to ensure that published data and risk entity information are only visible to users with the appropriate permissions.
Improved: Generating comparison reports is now significantly faster, reducing wait times when reviewing changes between published versions.
Fix: Deep links now navigate correctly to the intended content, rather than redirecting to the transaction list page.
Fix: Newly granted comment and Q&A access is now reflected immediately, without requiring a page refresh.
Fix: Real-time updates to Q&A answers are now broadcast to other users in the sidepanel.
Fix: Questions linked to a deleted risk item or group now update correctly across all open tabs.
Fix: Deleted items and groups no longer continue to appear in the sidebar until a manual page refresh.
Fix: Deleting a sub-group or item no longer collapses the parent group, so you no longer lose your place in the document tree.
Fix: Deleting items from the risk review page no longer causes the Q&A page to go blank for other users or in other open tabs.
Fix: Risk nodes now display in the correct order on published dashboard versions.
Fix: Comments and questions on published risks remain accessible in earlier published versions after the risk is deleted.
Fix: PDF report fixes: the recommendation header no longer appears on single-column layouts, and changing document map settings no longer results in a blank PDF being generated.
Fix: The add group dialog no longer overlaps other elements in the document map.
Fix: Comments in the comments page now wrap correctly and no longer overflow their container.
Fix: A role change applied from another session is now correctly reflected in the affected user's current session without requiring a refresh.
Fix: Attempting to compare two incompatible published versions is now prevented
Fix: The "Go to locked risk" action now correctly scrolls the locked item into view when it is already the active item.
