● August 14, 2025

New: Resizable right sidebar. You can now adjust the width of the right sidebar to optimise your reading experience for suggestions, comments, questions, and history. Double-click the resize handle to reset the width to default.

Improved: Fit zoom level now adjusts dynamically based on available screen space and sidebar size, providing a smoother experience across all screen sizes.

Improved: New transaction navigation bar.

Improved: Drag and drop is now disabled while renaming groups and items, making it easier to select text for editing.

Fixed: Last edited time in the item and item group history tab now updates correctly when consecutive edits are made by the same user.

Improved: When locking a section that begins with a table, only the first cell is now highlighted instead of the entire table. This prevents accidentally overwriting the whole table with the first keystroke.

Fixed: Resolved issue where external viewers could not open the sidebar to view questions and comments in the dashboard.

Multi-Tab Editing: Lock and edit multiple sections simultaneously

 

Due diligence advisors often work with multiple liveDiligence tabs open on a single transaction, especially when transferring content between sections. Our latest update enhances this workflow by allowing you to:

  • Edit in multiple locations at once - Lock and edit different sections across multiple tabs simultaneously.
  • Track all your locked items - Clear visual indicators show exactly where your locks are active across the document.
  • Navigate effortlessly - Click "Go to my locked item" on the document map to jump directly to locked content in your current tab.
  • Work without interruptions - Improved data synchronisation ensures seamless updates between tabs.
  • Prevent forgotten locks - Locks automatically release when you exit the transaction or close a tab, preventing workflow bottlenecks.

⚡️Faster content loading: After some nifty data optimisations, navigating between the risk review and other transaction pages (e.g. Q&A) is now almost instantaneous.

🧭 Clearer document navigation: The risk review document map now automatically scrolls and expands to show your active selection at all times - making it far easier to stay situated within large due diligence reviews.

📓 Report loader: We have added a skeleton loader to the pdf export page - making it super clear when you content is being loaded, ready to export.

Fixed: When performing repeated copy/paste actions with multiple browsers on a slow connection, it is possible for content to be incorrectly over-written.

Fixed: Error when a published group is moved under an unpublished parent group.
